Dr. Anthony Krausen, M.D., a board certified facial plastic surgeon has been practicing in Milwaukee since 1976. He is affiliated with the Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital system, caring for patients at the Columbia Hospital and the St. Mary’s Hospital Ozaukee sites. His primary office location is at the River Woods Medical Office Building in Glendale, WI. He also sees patients for Thursday appointments in Wauwatosa, WI.

Dr. Krausen has two grown daughters who went through all their pre-college education in Milwaukee, educating he and his wife in the process. During his 32 years in the community, he has devoted a great deal of time on behalf of the Milwaukee Art Museum as a contributor, art collector, and chairman of Contemporary Art Society events.

Responding to his patient’s wishes to avoid “ that operated, plasticized appearance,” Dr. Krausen begins each initial evaluation with a very personalized 90-minute session. Using computer imaging, he is able to obtain extensive input from the patient, resulting in a personalized treatment plan, developed specifically for that patient.

His ability to draw changes on “your face” with computer imaging provides a great way for Dr. Krausen and you to communicate. This “art work” on the computer screen creates a precise treatment plan.
