Site Overview
FPA Clinical Research is an independent research facility located in Kissimmee, Fl. We are in the heart of Central Florida, approximately 18 miles southwest of Orlando International Airport and 10 miles west of Walt Disney World. Dr. Christopher M. Chappel, our owner and Primary Investigator , has been conducting research at this location for over 18 years. Currently, we conduct clinical trials for Phase II thru Phase 4 studies. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 7:00 am till 5:00 pm, with Saturday hours available as needed.

Enrollment Achievments
Our facility traditionally exceeds our contractual enrollment goals set by our sponsors. Overall, our enrollment percentage averages greater than 145%. We routinely request increases in the number of patients we are allowed to randomize into our studies.

Facility Capabilities
We routinely utilize Central IRB’s and have worked with all sponsored Central Labs. We are directly across the street from Osceola Regional Medical Center and 1 block west of a major Radiologic Imaging Center. Our research staff are ASIS Lab certified, IATA certified and all are EDC, EDiary and IVRS trained.

We employ a full time marketing Manager and two Full Time Patient Recruitment Coordinators. As a Board Certified Family Practice Physician, Dr. Chappel has a patient base of over 35,000 patients. We also utilize the following to recruit patients:
